And Lauren Bush Lauren - the model niece of former president George W Bush - looked happy and healthy as she posed for a photo uploaded to her Instagram page.

The 31-year-old, who is married to David Lauren, the son of designer Ralph Lauren, held a camera while surrounded by teepees.

The mother-to-me looked glamorous, wearing Roman sandals, tight jeans and a loose-fitting top.

Earlier this year, Lauren's sister-in-law Dylan Lauren, 40, and her husband Paul Arrouet, welcomed fraternal twins via a surrogate.

She recently revealed that she chose to use a surrogate to ‘start her family’ because she was busy expanding her candy store to new locations across the globe.

Bush Lauren clearly has no such worries despite being the EO, Creative Director, and Co-Founder of FEED Projects.

Lauren, the granddaughter of former president George H W. Bush launched FEED, dedicated to fighting world hunger and feeding children on behalf of the UN World Food Programme, in 2007.

The philanthropist recently revealed to Elle that David, who is head of Ralph Lauren's global advertising and marketing division, has been a fantastic resource over the past eight years.

'He's been so helpful to give me guidance and exposure to people he's worked with who are experts in their specific parts of the business,' she said. 

'And he's such a creative mind, so it's always fun to have marketing and communication brainstorms with him. He's full of great ideas.'

The couple wed in 2011 at the 17,000-acre Double RL ranch in Ridgway, Colorado. Lauren, who was walked down the aisle by her father, rode to the ceremony in a horse-drawn carriage.

In an interview with Vogue, David described the occasion like 'a beautiful movie... like you were riding across the old west and you stopped in at a wedding'.

On her latest Instagram post, the businesswoman received a flood of supportive messages from friends, who left comments including: 'Yaaaay!!! Congratulations!! So excited for you darling'
