But Kelly Osbourne, 30, was all smiles as she tried to put her offensive remarks about Latinos on behind her, taking some time out while enjoying a getaway in Malibu.

On Saturday, the former Fashion Police host looked happy as she shopped and chatted with a friend at the posh beach city.

Osbourne flashed a big smile as she balanced her drink, phone, black clutch and two large shopping bags and indulging in some retail therapy.

The outspoken TV personality was dressed in a casual chic style, wearing a classic short-sleeved jean jacket over a flowing white Tshirt dress, paired with Adidas sandals.

Her trademark lavender hair was pulled off her face in a ponytail, and she accessorized with gold bangles and cat's-eye sunglasses.

She appeared to be in high spirits, laughing as she chatted with her friend as he walked his adorable dog.

The fashion designer appeared as a guest judge on Project Runway earlier this week.

The British reality star has been hit by controversy after her offensive comments about Latinos on The View last month.

Speaking about Donald Trump's negative remarks about Mexicans, Kelly stunned the audience when she admonished him: 'If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet, Donald Trump?'

Her comments were slammed as perpetuating racist stereotypes, and she quickly apologized, saying she had 'learned a very valuable lesson.'

Osbourne also just marked the one-year anniversary of the death of her former Fashion Police co-host Joan Rivers.

Kelly shared a sweet black-and-white photo of herself curled up in Rivers' lap on the set of their E! show.

'Thank you for teaching me to stay true to myself & that if you don't laugh there is no point in doing anything!' she wrote. 'I miss you I love you.'

Kelly appears to be taking some time out to catch her breath and recharge, indulging in a luxury getaway in beach town outside of Los Angeles.

Yesterday, she shared a photo of her new home base, which appeared to be a stunning beach-side rental or hotel.

'Had to find a place to bury my head in the sand!' she captioned the silhouetted image of herself wearing a robe and gazing out over the balcony and stunning ocean view.
