Hurriedly filmed on a mobile phone, the angry father can be heard from a long distance away, shouting at the man.

Upon reaching the aisle where the incident happened, the father turns to the camera and describes the incident.

'He had the flash on, walking around... and then as soon as he walked past my daughter, he took a picture of her,' he claimed.

The furious father goes on to insist that the man, who has not been formally identified, had since deleted the photo of his daughter from his mobile phone.

'That's why you are shaking like a leaf like that because I saw what I saw and you are shaking because you lied. That is what it is,' the man claims.

The angry father points at the accused man and describes how he is 'almost having a heart attack...because I busted him'

'You are lucky I am not going to bust you more because otherwise I am going to be arrested,' the father says as a security guard starts to calmly intervene.

The video comes after a man was caught taking a photograph up a a lady's skirt in a Walmart in Short Pump, Virginia.

John Wiggins, 55, who worked in a local high school, was arrested when a customer caught him in the act and took a quick photo in late May.

One of the victims told WTVR that she was shopping with her husband when Wiggins dropped a box of pasta near her, picked it up and moved on.

'It started in the shampoo department and that's when it happened the first time,' she explained. 'I just turned the aisle and he looked directly at me and I felt his guilt.'

Getting a strange feeling about Wiggins, she had her husband follow him through the store. Within just minutes, Wiggins was at it again, but this time someone was there to catch Wiggins as he slyly dropped down to pick up the pasta box and took a picture up the woman's skirt at the same time.

The husband notified store employees, and the Henrico Police showed up to arrest Wiggins on two misdemeanor counts.

Following Wiggins arrest, students at Clover Hill High School came forward to say that he worked at the school.
