But Gwen Stefani isn't letting that get in the way of her maternal duties - as she proved when she landed at by private jet at Van Nuys Airport on Sunday.

The blonde beauty was seen with her three sons - Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 18 months - for a skiing jaunt in Colorado, although only Apollo was pictured.

The stunning singer was dressed for the occasion in typically punk-inspired attire.

Wearing paint-splattered jeans and a camouflage-print mohair jumper, the 45 year-old looked suitably fashionable as she navigated the runway.

Also sporting designer sunglasses and some adidas trainers, she looked no older than her No Doubt heyday in the nineties.

Carrying one of her boys across the tarmac, she was clearly delighted to be spending quality time with them.

And the feeling was clearly mutual as her tot, who was dressed in a cool tracksuit, beamed with delight at his latest adventure.

Together, they seemed to be taking changes to their home-life in their stride.

The latest sighting comes just a day after she was seen taking comfort in her band-mates for rehearsals in the ski-resort region. The ska-punk band - which formed in 1986 - will perform next Friday at Riot Fest & Carnival at Chicago's Douglas Park.
