Gonnelli advised fans of the Bravo series that tours of the Indian Lane property are reserved for brokers, people with mortgage pre-approval, and cash buyers with proof of funds.

The Giudices originally purchased the New Jersey home in 2002 for just $530K, but they spent six years renovating and doubling the square footage.

According to TMZ, the four-bedroom house was put on the market in September for $3.99M, but they had knocked off $1M by January.
