Molly Sims and Reese Witherspoon aren't ready to say goodbye to summer.

The model and actress pals made the most of the Labor Day weekend as they celebrated designer Mary Alice Haney's birthday in Malibu.

The pair looked gorgeous as they smiled on the deck of a scenic restaurant overlooking the ocean in an Instagram photo Sims shared on Monday.

These days all the celebrities seem to have a clothing line that is normally greeted by us with a sigh and an eye roll.

Sims wore a summery, flowing black dress with a bright pink and white floral pattern.

She wore a simple-yet-stylish loose side braid, paired with large sunglasses.

Pal Witherspoon, 39, modeled one of her Draper James creations, the flirty 'Peach Dress', which features a cross-strap back.

The Wild star wore her blonde hair down over her shoulders as she flashed a cheeky grin at the camera, and held a cream coat over her arm.

The blonde beauties have long been celebrities pals, and have been spotted grabbing lunch together in Beverly Hills.

Sims and her family appeared to be making the most of the Labor Day weekend after spending time in The Hamptons this summer.

The former Sports Illustrated model wed producer Scott Stuber in 2011.

She also shared cute photographs of their 17-month-old daughter Scarlett May and three-year-old son Brooks Alan Stuber to Instagram.

'My future lifeguard,' Sims captioned a photograph of her son, who peered through yellow binoculars while perched on their SUV.

The family returned to Los Angeles last week, after enjoying a summer in the Hamptons.
