While porn star Jenna Jameson flies the flag for America in the Celebrity Big Brother 2015 house, her ex-husband Jay Grdina is preparing to sue his son's would-be school, a new report claims.

TMZ reports Jay 'was sent a last-minute rejection' by Scottsdale Christian Academy in Phoenix, Arizona, after five-year-old Jayden passed the application process, 'due to the lines of business that your family is/was in would violate these foundational critical issues of SCA'.

The American site stated the school had accepted the former pornographic actor and director's money and that his son had been guaranteed admission after multiple interviews but did a U-turn the day before he was due to start on the first day of term last week.

Jay was allegedly sent an email by the prestige academy which read: 'Unfortunately after a final review during our admission process, we are now unable to provide admission.

'It has been brought to our attention that due to the lines of business that your family is/was in would violate these foundational critical issues of SCA.'

The foundational issues include 'legal vices' - gambling, tobacco and alcohol.

MailOnline has approached Scottsdale Christian Academy for comment.

Jay married Jenna - the world's most famous adult-entertainment performer - in 2003 in a Roman Catholic-style ceremony.

Together they founded ClubJenna - a multi-million pound multimedia pornographic entertainment company - in 2000.

Both Jenna and Jay starred in the company's early films before stepping away from leading roles to take over writing and directing duties.

Jenna filed for divorce from Jay in December 2006 and she cited stresses of her skin-cancer diagnosis in 2004 plus infertility for the collapse of their marriage.

Jay moved on and later married supermodel Erin Naas with whom he has two sons.

In recent years, the father-of-two has cut ties with the porn industry and ventured made a move into food and drink by releasing a hangover-prevention drink, titled NOHO, in 2010.

Meanwhile, Jenna continues to compete for the prize money in the latest series of CBB.

The latest episode saw the former adult entertainer showcase her raunchy side as she willingly licked salt off fellow contestant Gail Porter's chest.

The former TV presenter, 44, lay down on the kitchen table as the housemates enjoyed a wild night of partying.

Gail pulled down her shirt, inviting Jenna, 41, to lick her chest, before the pair passed the lime between their mouths.

Even Austin seemed shocked by the couple's behaviour, exclaiming, 'f**king hell!' after witnessing their sexual act.
