And Amanda Byram couldn't resist showcasing the perks of her active lifestyle in London on Monday evening, as she hit the TV Choice Awards' red carpet in a flesh-flashing mini dress.

Donning a plunging and sequinned garment for the event, held at at the Hilton on Park Lane, the 42-year-old model and TV presenter flashed more than a hint of cleavage as she attended the event with her beau of one-year, Julian Okines.

Donning a pair of black suede stiletto heels, the health and fitness guru accentuated her enviably lithe and toned legs.

Meanwhile her producer beau looked the definition of a dashing gent, as he donned a black dress suit which he couple with a white shirt and black tie.
