Win with some sparkle like Helen in a Badgley Mischka dress

#Winnerswearwhite. Helen Mirren is no exception to that saying as she won her Tony in a beautiful white lace sleeved custom-made Badgley Mischka gown. With her icy blonde locks and picture perfect physique, this is such an elegant and age appropriate dress. The plunging V-neck shows off her toned decolletage.

Badgley Mischka are designers that are celeb favorites on the red carpet. Their intracate, embellished dresses are always figure flattering and have just the right amount of glamour without being gaudy or garish.

Head over to Shopbop to check out their current collection and we have found a similar styled dress by them below. We then suggested some more wearable versions that have this angelic diaphanous feel like the one Helen is wearing. Lace sleeves are such a delicate and feminine touch and will be a welcome addition to your wardrobe. The one from Romwe is under $25 so it's risk free!

What to try:

The 'ball slam' is great for toning chest muscles.

Ideally you should use a weighted medicine ball (a football sized weighted ball), but an ordinary football will do.

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold the ball at chest level with both hands. Lift it above your head, keeping knees slightly bent.

Now try to slam the ball onto the floor as hard as you can.

Pick it up and do three sets of 20.
