This is a better title, but there still the problem of Sodor and Man, since the Isle of Man is a Crown Dependency and not part of the UK, and likewise the Channel Isles are an integral part of the Church of England, but not of the UK, and the Dioces of Gibraltar in Europe really messes things up... Anyone any ideas for renaming? 09:58, 13 May 2008 (UTC)

Well, you are right, neither the IOM nor the Channel Islands are English, nor in the UK. They have their own national history and (minorised) languages.
This template is also misleading in that it associates the Scottish Episcopal church with the ones in Ireland and Wales, which are offshoots of the Church of England. The Scottish church has its own independent origins.--MacRusgail (talk) 17:13, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
Yes, SEC has a somewhat different history, but it's the Scottish province of the Anglican Communion, and it seems perfectly reasonable to include it with the other churches in tihs context. David Underdown (talk) 17:22, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
