Remember when Kylie Jenner first started getting lip injections last year? Back then, the star says, her pout looked 'crazy' - but now it's 'super natural'.

The youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, 18-year-old Kylie made headlines when her lips first started to grow in size late last year, but she's only recently become comfortable with talking about the procedures that plump her pout.

In a new interview with the New York Times, Kylie praised the doc that shoots up her lips on a regular basis, saying that 'he's super natural about it' - which is a major upgrade over the way a previous doctor made her lips look when she first started out with injectables.

The 18-year-old said Dr. Simon Ourian's technique is much more natural than that of the doctor she saw when she first started getting fillers

Nothing lasts forever: Kylie said she likes Juvéderm because it's not permanent; she has to come back every two to four months but can let her lips go back to their natural size if she changes her mind

'I still do Juvéderm for my lips,' she said, referring the to name-brand filler that is mostly made up of hyaluronic acid, a substance that the body does, in fact, produce naturally in limited amounts.

She explained: 'I go to Dr. [Simon] Ourian in Beverly Hills. He’s the best, and he’s super natural about it. I was going to somebody before, and it was just looking crazy. I would recommend that anyone who gets it done go for a filler that lasts only two to four months. It’s annoying to keep going back, but you have the option of stopping it.'

When the reality star first started electing for the cosmetic procedure - during the time she now says her mouth looked 'crazy' - she initially insisted that she wasn't getting surgery or fillers at all, but instead attributed her growing lips to expertly-applied lip liner.

It wasn't until an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which aired in May, that Kylie finally admitted to more than just a make-up enhancement, perhaps after realizing once and for all that no one believed her denials.

'I have had temporary lip fillers,' the then-17-year-old confessed on the show. 'I have had temporary lip fillers.'

Around that time, she had also been seen leaving Dr. Ourian's Beverly Hills cosmetic dermatology clinic, Epione. The California office also counts Sofia Vergara, Lisa Rinna, and Lisa Vanderpump as clients - and, of course, several other members of Kylie's family.

Dr. Ourian has shared photos on his Instagram page in which he poses with Kylie's mom Kris, her big sister Kim, and her brother Rob. And a few days ago, big sister Khloe also visited the doc in order to get an old tattoo lasered off.

A video of the procedure, in which Khloe's 'Daddy' tramp stamp was removed, was also shared online.
