She's set to co-host the Miss America pageant on Sunday.

And Brooke Burke-Charvet entertained her own all-American day out on Monday as she enjoyed some family time at Malibu Fair, in California.

The 43-year-old Dancing With The Stars alum treated her children to a Labor Day local tradition filled with fun and funnel cake.

There was no missing the well-toned beauty, who got in touch with her eclectic side in wide-flared strides with an eye-catching multi-coloured diamond pattern.

Keen to avoid a clash, the brunette beauty teamed them with a simple white vest which was sheer enough to reveal her black bra.

The star tried to go incognito in dark glasses and a royal blue fedora which covered her tresses.

She was accompanied by her husband, Baywatch star David Charvet, 43, and their two children - son Shaya, seven and eight-year-old daughter Rain.

David cut a handsome figure, casually dressed in a crisp white t-shirt and khaki board shorts.

He sported a little facial hair and covered his eyes against the sun with dark glasses as he walked with his mini-me son.

Brooke is also mum to daughters Neriah, 15, and Sierra, 13, from a previous marriage.

The entrepreneur - who won DWTS with Derek Hough in 2008 - is anchoring ABC's coverage of the beauty pageant broadcast from Atlantic City's Boardwalk Hall on September 13.

The fitness guru said of the competition: 'It's always impressive and inspiring to meet the young women who strive to make a difference in their communities, while furthering their education and advancing principles of service, style and success.'

Pageant judges include Brett Eldredge, Taya Kyle, Kevin O'Leary, Amy Purdy and Zendaya.

In July, it was revealed that Brooke and David listed their Malibu mansion as a $50,000-a-month rental over the summer months after they were unable to sell it for $13 million.

The six-bedroom, four-bath home is nestled in the hills and boasts Tuscan touches, tile and woodwork, along with a huge gourmet kitchen and spacious living areas.
