After the English star asked if his rhythmic prowess was 'how you get the ladies?', Bradley joked: 'I did well in the Bar Mitzvahs growing up. I couldn't wait to get on the dancefloor, that was my in.'

Corden was left open-mouthed with shock as he watched Cooper's moves as he sat beside his fellow guests Andrew Garfield and Bradley's Limitless co-star Jake McDorman.

'Oh my God! That was impressive,' he said at one point, later adding, 'You pulled out some moves, which was exceptional. You've got some moves in your locker.'

Displaying his usual level of comedic acumen Corden had pretended to forget that Bradley was on at the start of the show, making the star desperately try to edge in when his other guests were being introduced in their dressing rooms.

'You've kind of got a forgettable face, you know?' Corden joked, carrying the joke over to Cooper trying to get in on the action when the guests were announced.

Once all three handsome actors were on set with him, Corden quipped that they were 'just four hot guys hanging out. We are like the best boy band anyone could ever create, aren't we?'

Calling McDorman 'the cute one' and Garfield 'the one with edge', he pointed to Cooper and said: 'He's the guy who's everyone's favorite little sweetheart.

'I'm the fat one who writes the songs,' Corden joked, proudly adding: 'But I'm on lead vocals!'

'Do not let the cat out of the bag here…' Corden joked.

'Oh they know - they can tell, they can feel it,' the actor replied, leading the host to joke: 'It was one time, we'd had a few drinks…'

'Quit playing games with me.'

After joking about how it had been 'the best episode of the Late Show With Stephen Colbert yet', James added: 'We are so honored, we are so excited to be following someone as talented and funny as Stephen. I cannot think of anybody better to be watching every night than Stephen Colbert. Welcome Stephen!'
