The Duggars rally around scandal-hit Josh's wife at family wedding: Jim Bob, Michelle and the kids take a tense-looking Anna to their cousin's big day as they prepare for further lurid revelations

  • Anna Duggar, whose husband Josh has admitted to being unfaithful to her over the course of their marriage, attended a family wedding in Arkansas
  • Dressed conservatively in a blue shirt and khaki skirt, Anna appeared downcast as she joined the rest of the Duggars for the celebration
  • Earlier in the day, the Duggars attended church and heard their pastor give a speech on the 'secret sin' of pornography
  • Josh Duggar did not attend the wedding or church service, as he recently entered a long-term treatment program at a Christian rehabilitation center

In the wake of two sex scandals involving her husband Josh, it's probably not surprising that Anna Duggar looked tired and in a less-than-celebratory mood as she took her children to a family wedding alone this weekend.

Anna, along with the rest of the extensive Duggar clan, gathered on Sunday to attend the wedding Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's niece Amy to Dillon King in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Notably absent was her husband Josh, who recently started a long-term treatment program at a Christian rehab center after it was revealed he had extramarital affairs and also molested four of his sisters as a teenager.

In pictures taken at the event, Anna is seen leering at the photographer's camera while holding one of her sons. Dressed modestly in a blue shirt and khaki skirt, Anna stands at the outskirts of the rest of the Duggar brood, who appear to be in happier spirits.

Amy Duggar tied the knot with her fiance of less than two months, Dillon King, at Horton Farms near Bentonville, Arkansas where 400 guests were expected to be in attendance, according to People.

In an interview, Amy Duggar spoke kindly of her new in-law Anna, saying: 'She's been through so much.'

For the outdoor ceremony, Amy enlisted Anna's 5-year-old daughter Mackynzie as one of her flower girls, along with her younger Duggar cousins Johanna, Jordyn, Jennifer and Josie.

Meanwhile, a source has told ET that it would not be surprising if more information comes out suggesting Josh Duggar had even more mistresses.

'It's all so sad, and at this point, who knows what else will come to light,' the source told ET.

Last month, porn star Danica Dillon shared details about her alleged sexual encounters with the disgraced reality star.

Also in August, Josh Duggar released a statement saying he had been unfaithful to his wife, Anna, and that he had been secretly 'over the last several years been viewing pornography on the internet and this became a secret addiction and I became unfaithful to my wife.'

The bombshell statement came just hours after the troubled 19 Kids and Counting star was named as one of the 37 million cheating spouses to allegedly have Ashley Madison accounts.

Josh has edited this statement multiple times, removing that he had a porn addiction and a reference to his molestation of his siblings as a teenager.

On the Duggar family's official website, Josh Duggar's statement no longer mentions pornography and has since been edited to read: 'I have been the biggest hypocrite ever. While espousing faith and family values, I have been unfaithful to my wife.'

The outing of him allegedly having Ashley Madison accounts is just the latest controversy for the reality star after he was forced to admit molesting four of his nine sisters as a teen.

Those revelations brought an end to his family's reality TV show.

He was never charged with a crime for the incidents as by the time police learned of the offenses the statue of limitations had passed, and his parents did not notify authorities in an official capacity at any point after learning about their son's actions.

For 10 seasons, 19 Kids and Counting had chronicled the home life of Arkansas couple Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar and their now-19 children including Josh.

Earlier in the day, Anna and the rest of the Duggar family attended a service at Cross Church where the pastor delivered a message espousing on the 'secret sin' of pornography.

During the sermon, Pastor Crawford stressed that accountability is key and at one point said, 'I know there are some folks in here today - pornography is a deal in your life,' according to ET Online.

He suggested that parents should use filters for their family's Internet usage before later speaking on forgiveness.

'We're for healing. We're for forgiveness,' Pastor Crawford said. 'There is no judgment here.'

During the church service, the Dillards were brought on stage by a second pastor who asked the congregation to pray for their work in Central America.

The Dillards are back in the U.S. for a short visit from Central America where they are serving as missionaries.

Anna Duggar, who arrived and left the church with the Duggar family, was reportedly in good spirits as she stayed near her children and was seen waving and smiling at churchgoers.

The Duggars, who spent time on stage speaking with members of the congregation and taking pictures, were the last to leave the church.

JOSH DUGGAR'S SHOCKING STATEMENT IN FULL (ORIGINAL VERSION)

'I have been the biggest hypocrite ever. While espousing faith and family values, I have secretly over the last several years been viewing pornography on the internet and this became a secret addiction and I became unfaithful to my wife.

'I am so ashamed of the double life that I have been living and am grieved for the hurt, pain and disgrace my sin has caused my wife and family, and most of all Jesus and all those who profess faith in Him.

'I brought hurt and a reproach to my family, close friends and the fans of our show with my actions that happened when I was 14-15 years old, and now I have re-broken their trust.

'The last few years, while publicly stating I was fighting against immorality in our country, in my heart I had allowed Satan to build a fortress that no one knew about.

'As I am learning the hard way, we have the freedom to choose to our actions, but we do not get to choose our consequences. I deeply regret all hurt I have caused so many by being such a bad example.

'I humbly ask for your forgiveness. Please pray for my precious wife Anna and our family during this time.'
