And Sophie Ellis Bextor couldn't resist showing off her blossoming baby bump now it's starting to take shape, as she attended the season launch of UKTV Live at the Phillips Gallery on Monday.

Glowing, the singer, 36, posed for photos as she arrived at the event, flaunting her pregnancy figure in a classic black dress with gold zip detail.

The former Strictly Come Dancing contestant - who's been married to The Feeling bassist Richard for ten years - styled her look with red painted nails and a silver watch.

Her make-up looked flawless, with the pregnant star sporting winged eyeliner, rosy blush and lightly glossed lips.

Sophie and her musician husband Richard wed in 2005 and celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary last month.

The performer - who released her fifth studio album, Wanderlust, last year - previously revealed that having children had helped her career.

She told The Independent: 'It’s made me a better performer, a better artist, a happier person. I wouldn’t have done half the things I’ve done if I hadn’t become a mum.'
