The sought-after doll, which will not be going on sale commercially or be auctioned, has been dressed in the outfit she wore to a dinner prior to Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding at the Mandarin Oriental in Hyde Park, London.
The doll has her own version of the beautiful sleeveless grey gown designed by Felipe Varela, a favourite of the Spanish Queen's.
The miniature also has her green eyes, prominent cheekbones and slim nose, while her dark hair is swept back in a similar chignon.
The 'Barbie' was created by Russian company AFD Group, who have also created dolls of the Italian singer Rafaella Carra, Elizabeth Taylor, Whitney Houston and Lady Gaga.

The wife of King Philip VI is considered a fashion and style icon whose looks are scrutinised at each and every public event she attends.
The Fashion Dolls Collectors Association (Asociacion de Coleccionistas de Fashion Dolls) said: 'Artists have wanted to make this homage to the Queen because they like her very much, they consider her elegant and they appreciate her.
'Which is why the doll will be showcased during the event but will be given to Queen Letizia afterwards as a gift and will not be available for bidding on our eBay auction website.'
There will be exhibitions, lectures, workshops and other activities related to the world of plastic dolls and their forays into the world of fashion at the event.

Last year, the main doll was of the popular Spanish actress, Sara Montiel, who passed away recently, and was also made by the Russian artists AFD Group.
The artist Vasilie Barbier, who designed the replica, said: 'When we went to Spain to present the doll of Sara Montiel for a charity auction last year, we were fascinated with Spain.
'We love the history and the culture of the country. Before leaving the country, we saw the pictures of the coronation of King Philip VI and we loved the Queen's beauty and elegance'.
They decided to create the doll as a 'symbol of respect for her work, focusing on social issues, children's rights, culture and education, refined beauty, elegance and style'.
