It has been a journey for everyone but while everything may seem to have changed, the bond between these two remains as strong as ever.

Caitlyn Jenner paid tribute to daughter Kendall on Tuesday after the pair got a chance to spend some time together.

The 65-year-old shared a snap of them both sharing a big hug and a laugh on Twitter at Kylie's 18th birthday last month.

In the image, the love between them was obvious as they snuggled into each other at a booth inside Los Angeles, California, venue The Nice Guy.

Caitlyn caption the image of her and her 19-year-old daughter: 'So great spending time with @KendallJenner! Love my little girl.'

The social media love comes just hours after Kendall paid tribute to both mom Kris Jenner and Caitlyn.

Kendall posted a picture of the now ex-husband and wife from 1993, riding a motorcycle.

Of course, a lot has changed since then with the model's parents now divorced and the image is from before Caitlyn's transition from Bruce.

It definitely seemed to be a photo of a couple who were very much in love as they both had huge smiles on their faces as the matriarch of the family sat behind the former Olympian with her hands

Their 19-year-old model daughter shared the throwback snap with her 36.3million followers with the caption: 'YO. GOALS.'

On Tuesday, Kendall was busy spending time with another family member, Kim Kardashian, in New York.

The two sisters were spotted meeting at a studio and both were clad in all-back ensembles.

Kendall was flashing some serious leg in a long shirt dress that, despite having long sleeves and hemline that finished mid-calf, was anything but covered up.

The 19-year-old left the dress unbuttoned to the top of her thigh and had to keep her hand in front of herself to avoid a wardrobe malfunction.

Kendall has been one of Caitlyn's biggest supporters and in the the E! special About Bruce, a tearful Kendall spoke about what her father - as the children still refer to Cait as - has meant to her.

She said: 'He's the most amazing person I know. I couldn't ask for a better dad. He taught me how to ride a bike and be the tomboy I am.

'Every single day we went to school 45 minutes away from home, he would drive to us to school. He'd be the first one in line to pick us up.'

It has not been as easy with Cait's ex wife Kris, with the latest episode of I Am Cait dealing with the awkwardness of their first meeting and Caitlyn's sadness that Kris did not come to the ESPY Awards where she was honoured.

Caitlyn also admitted to not inviting her ex-wife as she couldn't get hold of her.

‘She’s been there for me at every big event for the last 25 years and she wasn’t there,' Caitlyn said through tears. 'And that makes me so sad.'

Kris will have her chance to attend another important event soon, as it has just been announced that Caitlyn will be a presenter at the Point Foundation's Voices on Point Gala next month.

The reality star will be presenting the Point Horizon Award to co-producer of Amazon’s Transparent, Rhys Ernst, and producer of ABC Family’s Becoming Us, Zach Zyskowski.
