Obviously there was some going back and forth between the celebrity couple and the seller as the rather specific price is down from $3.395 million they had originally asked for when listed the home for in Jul.
The pair still managed to pocket themselves some baby spending money as they purchased the very modern and sleek property locating in the coveted affluent area of Cheviot Hills for $2.79 million just two years ago.
The doubles team put the property on the market just two months after revealing Brooklyn is pregnant with their first child and now, according to her Instagram, 'on the home stretch'.

The property where they will raise their child has a more homely mansion meets rustic farmhouse feel to it.
It is very different to their Cheviot Hills which is far from your average family home thanks to its design which incorporates massive glass windows, metal beams and spacious gleaming white interiors.
The five bedroom, five and half bathroom house has space for a family but perhaps was a little too slick for the couple's now family-focused tastes.

The master bath also provides an escape with a beautiful tub and separate glassed-in shower with both a jet and rain shower that has skyline views.
While it may have been a little too designer for their liking for the new growing family, the home was sold with families in mind as its location just outside of Westwood is preferred by families.
