There are some very big reasons for Katy Perry's phenomenal success.

And the Teenage Dream star put a couple of them front and centre as she bent over to imprint her palms in concrete at the premiere of The Vladar Company's Jeremy Scott: The People's Designer in Hollywood on Tuesday night.

The popstrel looked simply sensational as she took part in the prestigious ceremony outside the TCL Chinese Theatre.

She has just returned from the Burning Man festival where she braved desert winds and dust storms, so perhaps it should be no surprise she decided to ramp up the glamometer on Tuesday night.

Attending the premiere Of The Vladar Company's 'Jeremy Scott: The People's Designer' in LA, she went for a high octane ensemble which showed off her assets in the best possible taste

The black floor length dress had a plunging neckline which showcased her cleavage.

It might have been the premiere for Jeremy Scott:The People's Designer, but Katy Perry took center stage in Los Angeles for her close pal's big moment. The pair posed together on the red carpet and imprinted their hand prints into concrete outside the theater too. But of course it was Katy's ensemble we were most interested in.

As the pretty popstar struck her best poses, we couldn't help but eye up the dress that showed off her voluptuous curves. The dress would have been made by Jeremy Scott's own fair hands and he clearly knows his famous friend inside out because this dress did Katy's curves wonders.

The style was rather Marilyn Monroe-esque with its thigh split and clinging design as well as it showing off some serious decolletage, but still managing to look super sophisticated.

Known for her beloved songs I Kissed A Girl and Hot N Cold, Katy's early years carving out a career for herself in music proved to initially be a challenge.

The songbird relocated to Los Angeles at age 17 to kick off her music career, and described her time living in the entertainment capital to Seventeen magazine.

'It was five years of living in L.A. with no money, writing bad checks, selling my clothes to make rent, borrowing money,' she said.
