She's been trying out a new juicing regime in a bid to reach her desired weight.

Happy with the results so far, Gemma Collins cut a confident figure on Wednesday as she enjoyed a night out in Liverpool.

Making an appearance at the Seeworld Optical launch at The Old Blind School, the former TOWIE star, 34, showed off her slimmed down frame in a black mini dress teamed with thigh high boots.

Putting on a glamorous display, Gemma wore her blonde hair down in a side parting which was styled in loose curls.

Collins chose to accessorise with a pair of large gold hooped earrings while toting a Yves Saint Laurent bag with perfectly complimented her boots.

Clearly loving her look for the evening, the television personality struck up several poses for photographers on arrival to the party.

Last month, Gemma announced her departure from The Only Way Is Essex after four years of tears, turmoil and tanning.

In a statement released to MailOnline, her spokesperson said the bubbly businesswoman felt it was the best time to 'move onto new projects'.

Collins' representative asserted: 'Gemma has enjoyed her time on the show but feels the time is right to move onto new projects.'

The former car saleswoman's first scene on the show saw her selling her a motor to original star Kirk Norcross, after the mum of her pal Amy Childs, who had already landed a part on the series, told producers they should cast Gemma.

Some of the Collins' biggest storylines revolved around her on/off relationship with James Argent and more recently her falling out with best friend Bobby Norris, and a feud with Vas J Morgan.

It has been a particularly dramatic year for the entrepreneur who took time out from the ITVBe show this summer after reportedly throwing a tantrum, described as a 'hissy fit', as she took part in filming the Marbella special.
