They say the ladies love a bad boy.

So it comes as no surprise Sandra Bullock looked chuffed on Wednesday - even as her boyfriend Bryan Randall's murky past started to seep out.

The 51-year-old actress looked positively glowing as she swept out of a Beverly Hills day spa.

The mom-of-one showed off her amazing figure in form-fitting workout gear, which included a black tracksuit top, three-quarter length yoga pants and trainers.

With her tresses pulled back beneath a hairband in a tidy ponytail, she beamed happily as she made her way to her car, after what looks top have been a pretty rejuvenating treatment.

Meanwhile the Heat star's new man was facing heat of his own as his lengthy rap sheet began to emerge.

According to Star Magazine, the 49-year-old model was sent to jail four times 'missing court dates, driving with a suspended licence and violating his probation'.

It claimed he was arrested for a DUI in Portland in 1988, but didn't plead guilty to it until five years later. He was jailed for four days, sentenced to two years probation, and was ordered to undergo an 'alcohol evaluation treatment program'.

But Randall, who's reported nickname is 'bandit' for his penchant for getting into trouble - never completed the program and didn't bother contacting his monitor for a year.

Another incident in 1990 saw him reportedly trash an upscale LA hotel room during a drunken bender, tearing down the ceiling fan and ripping up the drapes, after which he ended up severely dehydrated in hospital.

His most recent run in with the law came in 2012 when his neighbour was granted a restraining order against him, after he smeared dog feces all over his door.

According to court documents, the argument began when Randall confronted John Stacer for allowing his dog to poo in front of the building.

After sending Randall a message saying what he did was unacceptable, Stacer alleged that Randall had responded by making threats, saying: '10 days from now this will play out differently', and 'he will see another side as soon as my kid is out of state'.

He filed a police report and was granted a temporary restraining order, after claiming he was 'emotionally and physically paralyzed with fear' because Randall had 'guns and a notoriously erratic temper'.

Randall has one 21-year-old daughter, Sky, from a previous relationship Janine Staten, who died in 2007 after 'falling into a pit of drug use', according to Star.
