She'd had a busy morning, dashing to a London photoshoot just hours after she partied the night away.

So Kate Moss was in need of a pick-me-up, with the top model spotted enjoying a meal at a Notting Hill's Taqueria restaurant on Wednesday afternoon.

Accompanied by close pal Stella McCartney and her children, the 41-year-old showed off her casual sense of style in back skinny jeans, which displayed her long slim legs as she headed out.
