She's rumoured to have re-kindled her relationship with personal trainer Matt Baker, but it looked as though Kym Marsh only had eyes for a tiny Pomeranian puppy on Wednesday.

The 39-year-old Coronation Street star couldn't help but lavish attention on the tiny fluffy canine, as she came face-to-face with the pup while helping to host the Key 103 Breakfast Show in Manchester.

Stepping outside the studio for a segment with her co-presenters, Kym was handed the fluffy little pooch to pet - prompting her to cover the adorable animal in a flurry of kisses.

After having her nose licked by the fluffy pooch, Kim couldn't resist sweeping the Jim up in her arms for a proper cuddle.

With a beaming smile on her face, Kim appeared to be revelling in her duties as part of the Breakfast Show team alongside regular presenter Mike Toolan.

Opting for a comfortable outfit for her early morning appearance, the actress - who plays Michelle Connor in Coronation Street - teamed a pair of ripped jeans with a cardigan and animal print T-shirt.

Rounding her look off with a pair of white trainers and a large black handbag, the cobbles star wore her brunette hair arrow straight and in a side parting, whilst she also sported a pair of glasses.

While others might have been thrown by an early morning start, being a Corrie mainstay Kym appeared to have no problem with being up so early.

Throwing herself fully into her temporary career change, the former Hear Say singer couldn't resist snapping a cheeky selfie in the studio.

Slurping on a hot drink, she cheekily eyed the camera while her co-hosts decided to pull some funny faces.

And while the highlight of her trip to the studio appeared to be meeting Jim the puppy, Kym was also roped into a slightly premature festive photo opportunity.

Emerging back into the morning air with the breakfast show's presenters, who were dressed as Father Christmas and a Monkey, Kym posed up a storm alongside the Key 103 team.

Meanwhile away from the rigours of work, Kym appears to be moving on in her personal life following her split from fiancé Dan Hooper in May.

It's believed that Kym has moved on from her heartache with former flame Matt Baker, just three months after her engagement to Dan broke down.

A source told The Sun: 'Matt has been a great friend to Kym and, with the physical attraction always being there, things have just naturally developed into a relationship.

'At the moment, they're just enjoying each other's company and seeing how it develops.'
