'I'm kind of open to anything,' Jenner told Matt Lauer during the second part of her interview on Today Thursday morning.

When pressed for more detail however, she said it was something she still did not want to discuss in depth.

'Oh God, dating,' said Jenner when Lauer asked the question, jokingly referring to him as Oprah.

'I want a lot of great friends that I can share my life with, okay? And that's important to me. Certainly that love and compassion. I have no idea what that would be in the future.'

She later added; 'Right now, I'm just happy living myself. I have no idea what the future holds. I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. I just want to enjoy myself right now.'

Jenner had stated this before on her show I Am Cait, where producers at one point tried to make it seem as though a relationship might be blossoming between Jenner and her transgender pal Candis Cayne.

Prior to transitioning, Jenner was married three times.

She also said that while she appreciated the male form, she would 'want to have the right parts' if she were to date a man.

Jenner also said in the interview that it has been easier to have friendships with other women ever since she transitioned as opposed to men.

'I think women are more tolerant. They just kind of get it. Male friends, I didn't have a lot of them. I mostly hung out with women, but I think it's just more complicated for guys to deal with this subject,' she explained.

She also admitted that some of her old friends still have trouble when they see her for the first time - but only briefly.

'Your identity may be different but I'm still the same person, same sick sense of humor,' said Jenner.

She also said again that she had no regrets about her decision to transition, but did have concerns after she began receiving plastic surgery.

'I had a massive panic attack,' she said.

'I'd never had anything like that in my life. It was, like, so scary. My heart was just pounding and this and that. In my head when I shut my eyes, it was just, like, "My God, what did you just do?" Because that surgery kind of passed the point of no return.'

Jenner seems happier than ever now though, and is glad to have the support of her family.

'You transition, your whole family goes through this,' she told Lauer.

'They've been a blessing in my life, and you don't want anything to hurt them, and you wonder, are you doing the right thing? You know, living your true self. And everybody handles it differently.'
