Made In Chelsea's Binky Felstead shows former love interest JP what he's missing as she poses for selfies in sporty underwear

She fled Los Angeles heartbroken on Monday night's episode of Made In Chelsea after her long-term love interest, Josh 'JP' Patterson, knocked back her advances.

But Binky Felstead showed her co-star exactly what he's missing as she posed for a series of sexy selfies on Thursday morning. 

The 25-year-old reality star showcased her lean figure to perfection as she slipped into a plunging bra and semi-sheer sporty knickers by Bjorn Borg.

Pouting into the lens, the Chelsea-based beauty displayed the results of her recent fitness regime, as well as her impressive Californian tan from her summer stint in the US. 

Monday night's episode of the E4 reality show saw Binky flee LA after being knocked back by JP after six months of flirting. 

Finally plucking up the courage to ask the hunk out, Binky said: 'I've been kind of dreading this conversation for a while…' 

To which he responded: 'I've let my guard down. It's just so confusing for me…' 

'What's there to be confused about?!' Binky demanded. 'I think you're just scared.' 

After being rejected by JP, Binky broke down in tears on her pals Louise Thompson and Lucy Watson.

'He's a proper coward. The things he said made me a bit sick to be honest,' she told Louise and Lucy. 'They made me feel like a f**k up and I'm not a f**k up.'  

Binky recently returned to London from Los Angeles after the latest Made In Chelsea spin-off in the city. 

And she admitted being around health-conscious Californians worked wonders in terms of overhauling her previously unhealthy lifestyle.

Speaking to MailOnline last month, she said: 'We just got back and I’m still dealing with jet lag - it was an amazing two months of filming and it all went very well.

'I was actually on the wagon and off the booze for nearly all of the time so I’ve come back refreshed.

'I spent most of the time enjoying the healthy lifestyle and going to Barry’s Bootcamp so I couldn’t feel better to be back. LA is a great place to be if you’re working and trying to be healthy.'  

Binky also revealed being in LA changed her perspective towards mind and body, even giving up alcohol to prove her commitment to a healthier lifestyle.

Writing in her MailOnline beauty blog, she said: 'It has done wonders for my skin, which is normally quite problematic and flares up all the time.

'I have had problem skin for a while now and I really notice that it gets worse when I have been drinking and eating badly.'

Admitting to feeling like a 'new person' thanks to her fitness regime, Binky credited her new healthy glow to eating a balanced diet.

She said: 'I really believe that taking care of your skin from within is just as important than treating its exterior. It's not just a myth, your diet truly does affect your complexion.'
