'I'm going to be a mama': Jaime Winstone reveals she and boyfriend James Suckling are pregnant with their first child

Jaime Winstone is expecting her first child with DJ boyfriend James Suckling.

The 30-year-old actress, daughter of esteemed actor Ray Winstone, announced the exciting news that she was to become a 'mama' with a sweet Instagram snap beside TV pal Miquita Oliver.

Jaime was already displaying a protruding baby bump from beneath a playful T-shirt and above a set of dungarees when she revealed the news on Wednesday night.

Jaime gushed: 'Me and @james_suckling are very pleased that we are having a baby!! So Magic, I'm going to be a mama xxxxx here is auntie @miquitaoliver having a cuddle xxx'

Her elated friend reposted the picture adding: 'This one and the bump. Ready to meet this baby. I love you @jaimewinstone @james_suckling'

Jaime - who got her breakout acting role in 2006's Kidulthood - is known to have been seeing the fashion designer and DJ since as early as March this year when he DJ'd for an event she hosted called Eat Your Art Out Weekender and they headed home together hand in hand.

So lucky: The actress said that she was very pleased with the news and excited to become a mother

In April, it was revealed that Jaime had introduced James to her father, known for his 'hard man' roles in The Sweeney and The Departed.

Jaime and James were last seen together attending Royal Academy Summer Exhibition VIP preview in London this June.

While this will be Jaime's first child, James has two children under 10, sons Ruffus and Hudson - after whom he named a clothing line Ruff and Huddle - from a previous relationship with co-founder Lucy Brice.

Formerly known as a party girl, running in circles with fun-loving pals Nick Grimshaw, Kate Moss, Daisy Lowe and Alexa Chung, Jaime recently confessed that reaching 30 has made her calm down.

Speaking to The Evening Standard in May, Jaime confessed: 'I am beginning to calm down. There was a time when I was going to all the parties, but now I am more selective.

'I think it is a natural part of getting a bit older. I like being at home with my family and hanging out in the garden.

'Having said that, I do want to throw a big 30th party. Maybe even do a festival style thing. I'm not totally over it all, yet. I am excited to be 30. And so I am going to celebrate.'

Jaime's best known relationship was with British popstar Lily Allen's younger, actor brother Alfie Allen - also born into a famous family with Keith Allen for a father.

Alfie - who starred in HBO hit series Game Of Thrones - and Jaime put an end to their tumultuous relationship in July 2014.

They got engaged in 2008 but called it off in 2010 before reconciling in 2013 then finally parting ways again due to busy schedules last year.

Both have remained great friends following an amicable split and were seen enjoying a night out together as recently as this July.

Jaime is also known to have dated photographer Tom Beard in the time that she was separated from the actor.
