And Sarah Jessica Parker stepped out in an ensemble her alter-ego would certainly have been proud of as she attended the grand opening of the new Porcelanosa showroom in partnership with Madison Square Park Conservancy's fall fundraising gala in the Big Apple on Wednesday night.

The 50-year-old actress looked incredible as she put on a leggy display in a plunging floral gown with a sexy, thigh-high split.

Sarah Jessica Parker looked the essence of effortless femininity in this floral gown with front slit exposing miles of her slim legs.

The "Sex and the City" stylista always seems to push the envelope and, here, she's surprisingly demure and toned-down in this dress by Alberta Ferretti. She chose to wear her hair down, chose a coordinating pair of tan-and-metallic heels and, weirdly, a bright white leather handbag with metallic hardware and shocks of cobalt blue. We think SJP could have done a little better with a coordinating metallic clutch, something that wouldn't have pulled the eye away from this lovely dress.

Pulling open her dress to offer a glimpse of her toned and tanned pins, Sarah added height to her frame with a pair of towering metallic heels.

The fearless fashionista wore her glossy dark blonde locks tumbling in loose waves around her shoulders, and opted for dusky pink lips and smokey eyeshadow to complete her impressive look.

The 29-year-old Russian model was still glowing as she set off - without her actor beau Bradley Cooper - to attend the grand opening of the Porcelanosa flagship showroom in New York City on Wednesday.

Irina sparked interest in a smooth, ivory pantsuit that displayed her daring decolletage and her gorgeously deep tan.

On Saturday, Irina sent temperatures soaring in a yellow bikini as she frolicked on the Atlantic City beach with her swimsuit-clad beau Bradley.

No doubt he had a lot to talk about to the other guests who included Sarah Jessica Parker and Meredith Vieira.

Although he got his big break playing a paid escort in the 1980 crime drama co-starring Lauren Hutton and shot to superstardom in 1990's Pretty Woman opposite Julia Roberts, Gere is most proud of his current role as a homeless man in Time Out Of Mind, which was released in US theatres on Wednesday as well.

'I really believe this was one of the things I was meant to do,' the star told Huffingtonpost.com.
