Josh Brolin must be clearly gaga for his fiancée Kathryn Boyd.

The 47-year-old Hollywood tough guy seemed to melt in the presence of the 28-year-old stunner as they attended the Los Angeles premiere of his new film Everest on Wednesday.

Josh's lady love was dressed in a stunning black mini-dress that showed off her long, toned limbs and featured one billowy sleeve.

The seasoned actor didn't mind if heads turned Kathryn's way but then again she was also outfitted in black strappy high heels that gave her an added edge.

Kathryn, a graduate of the University of Georgia, wore her long blonde hair straight and sleek without a strand out of place.

The pair stopped to share a kiss on the red carpet at the event.

Josh, meanwhile, went dark all the way, choosing a black suit, black dress shirt and black tie along with polished black shoes.

Debonair: Jake Gyllenhaal still sported the full beard he had in the action adventure flick but matched it on this night with a dapper blue suit

Their starry arrival on the red carpet was no doubt practice for when they walk down the aisle.

Josh proposed to Kathryn, his former assistant, in April after reportedly dating about a year, according to E! News.

The Gangster Squad star - who divorced actress Diane Lane in 2013 - let it be known recently that he wants to have a hand in the current wedding planning.

'I'm the guy who has to force himself to back off,' Josh told E! News. 'I'm such a control freak and I want to control everything. It's not even that I want to control it - I just want to be in the middle of it.

'I want to be in the nucleus of it because that's the fun part. That's the nectar.'

He added: 'We're still in the midst of figuring out the best time and all that stuff, but it's very exciting.'

Everest tells the story of a climbing expedition on Mount Everest that goes horribly wrong when the crew is hit by a devastating snow storm.

The action adventure also stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Keira Knightley, Robin Wright, Jason Clarke, Sam Worthington and Elizabeth Debicki among others.

Jake still sported the full beard he has in the movie, matching it this time with a dapper dark suit, dress shirt and tie.

Gyllenhaal was joined by his co-star Jason Clarke and director Baltasar Kormakur.

Laura Dern made her starry presence known too, attending the red carpet event in a red and black patterned dress with sheer panel in front and strappy black sandals.
