And Ashley Hart shows off the incredible results of her exercise regime in her latest beachside shoot with Swisse.

As an ambassador for the vitamin brand, the 27-year-old Australian model is seen flaunting her incredible figure in a sleek black swimsuit in a behind-the-scenes video.

Featuring a plunging neckline, the model's low-cut one-piece reveals a generous glimpse of her cleavage, with its high-cut design at the back also flashing plenty of leg and bottom.

With her platinum blonde locks sleeked back, the blue-eyed beauty is seen relaxing on the golden sand, before getting up and frolicking in the cool surrounding waters.

And to further showcase her divine, statuesque figure, the younger sister of model Jessica Hart chooses a backdrop of coastal rocks to pull some of her signature poses.

With her eyes closed, the stunner is seen leaning against the rocks, with her slender arms stretched above her head while one leg is slightly bent.

No doubt also flaunting her spectacular flexibility as a yoga guru, she performs some of her favourite moves.

Pracitising the fine art of meditation, Ashley is seen wearing a black tank top as she closes her eyes and bringing her two palms together.

Her shoot then takes a more sophisticated turn in terms of attire, as she slips on a beautiful white dress.

For the strapless, cocktail number highlights Ashley's petite upper frame, with its soft fabric clinched at the waist and also drawing attention to her curves.

Posing in front of a glistening blue swimming pool, the glamazon effortlessly flashes her pearly whites for the camera.

The blonde beauty, known for her enigmatic smile and cover girl looks, keeps balanced by daily practises of meditation and yoga, telling Daily Mail Australia last month it's changed her life 'in every way'.

'I feel like I'm fully alive and living in each moment, due to being able to have these tool and these practises that I can really tap into,' she says.

'Not taking anything too seriously, that's what we're here to do… I feel like I can live in every moment.'

Turning 27 has brought Ash serenity and where her body is concerned, she says, 'it's a real reflection of my own evolution.

'I'm conscious of what physically works for my body and what doesn't like sugar or alcohol or the extremes of over eating or not eating, everything has just come back into balance and it's just happened naturally.'

The former Dancing With The Stars contestant says she's thinks about everything that goes into her mouth and her latest 'thing' is following The Bulletproof Diet, which involves kick-starting the day with a high-calorie Bulletproof coffee.

'It's like putting really good quality fuel in your body and it runs pretty efficiently, the coffee sustains your hunger and the fats also give you enough substance to get your through the morning.

'It's really good, I love it… I did notice after a while that my meditations haven't been as deep and I think its probably because it's like rocket fuel… so just recently I had a week off in LA and that felt good too.'

It's not the only high Ash has been experiencing with the bottle blonde also tying the knot with her long term boyfriend Buck in May.
