She's undeniably one of the most beautiful models of her time, and can turn on the glamour at any given moment.

But as Kendall Jenner stepped out in New York on Thursday alongside former rumoured fling Lewis Hamilton, she worked a seriously cute, geek chic look.

The 19-year-old showed off her supermodel figure as usual, rocking a pair of high-waisted white skinny jeans, but she teamed the denim with far more laid-back, collegiate items.

Old pals: Kendall Jenner looked gorgeous as she stepped out in New York on Thursday, along with close friend and former rumoured fling Lewis Hamilton, and another companion

Instead of rocking a crop top, like she usually would, the stunning Keeping Up With The Kardashians star teamed her bottoms with a mustard yellow polo neck sweater.

Her brunette locks were swept up into a simple, tidy bun, her fringe worn down either side of her face in long tendrils, and her make-up free face was adorned with very round specs.

She finished her decidedly preppy, bookish look with flat pointed black loafers, and a large handbag slung over her arm.

Kendall somehow managed to make the items look sexy, though, as she so often does, pulling off the autumnal, 'back to school' look with ease.

But it wasn't just Kendall's style on the wet and miserable day in New York that caught the eye, as she was seen hanging out with British sports icon, Lewis.

The 30-year-old Formula One champ - who admits he doesn't mind people suggesting such things, as long as they're 'beautiful women' - looked casual as he pounded the pavements with Kendall and another pal.

He looked typically stylish, but was certainly upstaged by his impeccably stylish reality TV friend.

Lewis had just landed in the US after appearing at the GQ Men Of The Year Awards in London on Tuesday, and on Thursday opted for distressed, loose jeans and chunky hi-top trainers.

Turning heads: With each of them putting on stylish displays in their own right, Kendall, 19, and Lewis, 30, looked deep in conversation as they strode through the Big Apple

Kim K may know how do to sexy glamour, but when it comes to high fashion it's Kendall Jenner all the way.

They then partied up a storm in New York shortly after, a few nights in a row.

And just this week, he was seen attending the GQ Awards ceremony alongside the beautiful Fanny Neguesha, the ex-girlfriend of Mario Balotelli.

Prior to her date with Lewis, Fanny, 25, had been spotted on a number of dates with West Ham midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate.

However, in an interview in The Sun on Thursday, the star - who won the Italian Formula One Grand Prix at the Monza racetrack, in Monza, Italy at the weekend - admitted he was perfectly happy and single.

'I'm single. I'm not attached to anyone,' he told the paper's Dan Wootton. 'I'm a free spirit so I'm just going in with no plans to settle down any time soon. I'm going to focus on my career. I'm enjoying my music.

'I've been associated with some really beautiful women. I don't even mind... as long as they are beautiful women.'
