Float like a butterfly, sting like a Bieber! Shirtless Justin wears PINK boxing gloves but stops to fix his hair before the fighting begins

Justin Bieber is clearly safe and secure when it comes to his own masculinity.

The pint-sized pop star recently took to the boxing ring for a sparring session wearing flamboyant pink boxing gloves, proving his flair for fashion extends even to the fight game.

Training with Ricky Funez at Ten Goose Boxing Gym in Van Nuys, California, the 21-year-old stalled to fix his newly bleach blond hair before the fighting could begin.

The hitmaker's training session was caught on video as he prepared himself to spar at the famous gym.

However, Justin was only encouraged in his diva-like behaviour as Funez himself acted as the star's personal glam squad - using a water bottle to slick back his bleached locks.

At one point the Baby singer stopped in front of a large mirror to check out his fighter's stance before getting his hair primped and preened.

Then once the action was about to begin, Funez once more slicked back Bieber's luxurious mane and slipped some headgear onto the popstrel.

The legendary coach could be heard asking whether or not Bieber's sparring partner had his mouthpiece in. Unfortunately the short clip ended before any punches were thrown.

Bieber has been picking up the tricks of the trade from Floyd Mayweather Jnr after acting as the champ's hype man.

Bieber has long been part of Mayweather's considerable entourage and has been nicknamed 'Moneybags' by the pound-for-pound No 1.

Justin is often present at the athlete's fights, and tends to head backstage to grab a series of selfies with his pal, whom he fondly refers to as 'the Champ'.

In 2013 he and Lil' Wayne acted as his hype team, walking Floyd out to the ring and then joined him afterwards to celebrate his victories.
