But Sharon Stone proved you'll struggle to take the Hollywood out of the girl as she put on a glamorous display whilst out and about in Milan, Italy, on Wednesday night.
The 57-year-old actress looked typically stunning in a sultry red gown as she dined at the city's Trattoria Milanese restaurant with friends.

But despite the dress' revealing nature, it still held its sophistication as it fell below the knee and sat at the elbow.
The actress teamed the elegant garment with gold stilettos and a chained necklace which featured a gold and ruby flower.

Her short blonde locks were swept back from her stunning face, which had been enhanced with a red lipstick and gentle coating of mascara.
Sharon is no stranger to showing some skin, and recently posed nude for Harper's Bazaar.
The blonde bombshell proved she's still just as much of a sex symbol as ever, as she showcased her svelte frame and ample bust in a series of classy black and white shots.

The mag's September issue also sees Sharon open up about her decision to pose nude for Playboy in 1990, admitting it was her attempt to prove to the industry that she could be sexy.
'Everybody said I wasn't sexy and I couldn't get jobs because of it,' she explained.
But her naked shoot certainly worked as she was cast in her career-defining role in Basic Instinct two years later.
Even two decades on, Sharon's plate continues to overflow with projects, her latest being her role in Agent X, in which she plays the vice president of the United States. The actress has also executive-produced the project.
