All exercises can be done at home, the the first of which being the Leg Throw Down.

Jesinta suggests holding onto a pole behind you for this number which involves lying on your back and moving your legs from a vertical position 90 degrees to your chest to just off the floor.

The Boast Sit is next followed by the Russian twist, which she says: 'You can do at the gym with a weight, or if you're at home you can even do it with a can of food or a one litre bottle of water.'

The traditional Plank and Bicycle positions are the last two exercises on her list with the latter being her favourite for maintaining a flat stomach.

'A lot of people think it's your elbow to your knee but you want to get your shoulder to your knee,' she said.
