Miley Cyrus 'wants to get silicone devil horn implants in head and corset piercing' as she plans spine-tingling body art

Miley Cyrus wants to take her body art to another level - and get silicon horns implanted into her head.

The 22-year-old singer, who already has a sprawling collection of tattoos, apparently wants the implants to look like devil horns, according to InTouch magazine.

And it's not the only procedure she is considering; the Wrecking Ball songstress is also believed to have looked into corset piercing.

The painful process involves puncturing holes down the back of the spine so they can be threaded with ribbon like a corset.

Of course Miley is not the only one with a penchant for body art in her family.

Her 26-year-old brother Trace, a backing vocalist and lead guitarist for Metro Station, is heavily inked all over his body.

A source told InTouch about Miley's plans for the devil horns: 'She wants them to be very out there, like devil horns.'

But pals are said to be concerned for her too.

'All this bizarre talk started when her relationship with [model girlfriend] Stella Maxwell started to crash. Everyone fear this is just a way of acting out the pain she's feeling. No one knows how far she'll go.'

In a recent interview with Elle magazine, Miley described herself as 'pansexual' and insisted she was not in a serious relationship, despite posting a flurry of Instagram snaps with Victoria's Secret model Stella this summer.

She also told the publication that she regrets waxing off her armpit hair

Miley, who shared a snap of her getting her underarm hair removed, explained: 'I only got rid of it because I was drunk and found a waxing kit. I miss it.'

The former Hannah Montana star has been criticised for frequently posting topless photos on social media and dressing in nipple pasties on TV, but thinks her raunchy image helps attract the attention she craves in order to speak out about issues that are important to her.

She explained: 'You get your t*ts out and they are all looking, then you can use that space to say something and get them to listen.'

However, the stunner has admitted she hasn't always had the body confidence she has now and has even claimed she used to have severe issues with her appearance.

She told the magazine: 'I've had really bad anxiety and depression in my life and a lot of that stemmed from the way I look. My mum was a pageant queen, as was my grandma, so I've been programmed with that.

'Now I really try not to give a f**k. If you're funny enough and cool enough and confident, that's what will make you feel beautiful.'
