Man is arrested for URINATING on fellow passengers aboard JetBlue flight

  • He then lost his balance and sprayed fellow passengers as well as their luggage and seats 

An Oregon man is facing charges after allegedly urinating on passengers on a flight.

Jeff Rubin, 27, was arrested on Friday after the JetBlue Flight 47 arrived at Portland International Airport, reports KOIN-TV

A police report says passengers and airline workers told officers thaht Rubin had been sleeping for most of the flight from Anchorage, Alaska.

About 30 minutes before landing, he stood up and began urinating through the space between the seats in front of him - onto the passengers sitting there.

The report says he lost his balance and fell backward, spraying urine on other passengers, seats and luggage.

When the officers boarded the aircraft, they found him 'slumped over asleep in his seat', according to the police report.

Rubin, from Gresham, Oregon, was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center at 5:10a.m. on Friday, records show. 

He was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and offensive littering, and was released on his own recognizance. 

Rubin did not immediately respond to a message seeking comment.
