Despite his drizzly sheen, the Dark Knight Rises star looked suave in a knitted navy three-piece suit as he stepped out at the premiere for his new movie Legend.
He wore a light blue shirt which he paired with a burgundy tie and shiny shoes, and posed with his hands in his pockets as made his way in to the screening.
Joining him on the red carpet was his co-star Emily Browning, 26, who looked chic in a very feminine semi-sheer ensemble
Her outfit perfectly complimented Tom's, with the sparkly polka dots on her dress and her dark red lips matching his tie.

The internet went into overdrive earlier this week when a series of Tom's rather cringeworthy pre-fame selfies surfaced.
But the good-natured actor insisted he felt 'no shame' when faced with the snaps of him posing in nothing but a pair of white Y-fronts and attempting a seductive lean on a door frame.
The Legend star said in an interview with Sky News: 'I might not be an Adonis, but I like to think of myself as an Adonis in that photo.'

'I've got no shame about my MySpace photos, especially the one of me in my underpants which is a glorious photo of a man in his natural habitat.'
And while some might have been left a tad red-faced at the prospect of posing on the internet in just their underwear, Tom defended his choice.
He joked: 'In my tighty-whitey budgie smugglers. In America, they say "You should be ashamed of this" but I'm actually not remotely ashamed – that is me in my natural habitat, thank you.'
