Kim Kardashian gave onlookers a revealing glimpse of her growing baby belly on Friday - in one of her most outrageous pregnancy looks yet.

The 34-year-old star - who is around six months pregnant with her second child - was accompanied by husband Kanye West as she showcased the revealing gown at the Givenchy Spring Summer 2016 fashion show at Pier 26 in New York.

A flimsy layer of transparent lace exposed her rounded tum to the world while also flashing portions of her thighs.

Kim teamed the cleavage-boosting garment with leather thigh-high boots and hot pants.

She added a gothic touch with black rosary-style beads with silver crucifix while a chic blazer hung on her shoulders to keep out the evening chill.

In her typical fashion the brunette TV star wore her hair in an immaculate centre parting with tightly pinned bun.

Riccardo Tisci's first-ever Givenchy fashion show in New York was fraught with references to Jesus Christ and the designer's roots as a Catholic. And Yeezus, himself, was sitting front row. Yeezy, we mean, a.k.a. Kanye West along with his wife, the rosary-clad Kim K.

Kim attended the show turned out in Givenchy, a custom black lace maxi dress exposing her rotund belly and showing off her ample cleavage. The rosary also hails from the spring collection and she added the pair of Givenchy over-the-knee boots she was wearing earlier in the week.

Meanwhile, her sister Kendall walked the show. But we digress.

Kanye, 38, meanwhile rocked a deep V-neck T-shirt with skinny fit trousers, a casual bomber jacket and chunky gold chain.

The duo - who married in Italy last year and also share two-year-old daughter North - posed for photos to show off their designer threads before taking their seats in the front row.

And Kim was no doubt beaming with pride as she watched her younger half-sister Kendall, 19, sashay her way down the runway.

The partnership isn't a huge surprise as Kanye is well-known to have a friendly relationship with Givenchy creative director Riccardo Tisci.
