On-screen sisters Evan Rachel Wood and Ellen Page coordinate in business chic suits at premiere of their new film Into The Forest

They're the best of friends and play sisters in their new film, Into The Forest.

And that bond was evident as Evan Rachel Wood and Ellen Page attended the movie's premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on Saturday.

The duo, both 28-years-old, posed with their arms around each other, coordinated in business chic looks.

Ellen added a sporty twist to her head-to-toe black look with a varsity jacket.

The Juno star also sported a button-up shirt tucked into loose-fitted trousers, along with shiny loafers.

Evan wore an orangey-brown pantsuit, including a structured blazer with high-waisted trousers.

The Across The Universe star completed the look with a violet top and black and white pointed toe pumps.

'Surrounded by nothing but miles of dense forest, the sisters must fend for themselves using the supplies and food reserves they have before turning to the forest to discover what it will provide.

'They are faced with a world where rumour is the only guide, trust is a scarce commodity, gas is king and loneliness is excruciating. And yet somehow miraculously, love still grows.'

Evan told The Hollywood Reporter: 'This is a really realistic portrayal if every luxury you had was taken away from you.

'Extreme loss — no electricity, no power, hardly any food, no parents, and the relationship these two sisters have and how that can overcome what seems like impossible odds.'

Ellen added: 'We live in a time when our impermanence is so much more apparent, because of what's going on in the climate.

'… [The film is about] grieving the allusiveness of how we live, and letting that go.'

The women also discussed how they grew to become best friends in the process of making the film.
