Emmanuel Adebayor will decide his future whilst on holiday in France after he finally departed Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
The Togolese hasn't started a senior game for Spurs since January, yet his first port of call following his release was to jet off to Paris for an early-season break.
The striker, who has been training with Tottenham's development squad, had been in talks with White Hart Lane officials in search of an agreement to terminate his contract, which was due to expire at the end of the season.

The 31-year-old ex-Arsenal and Manchester City forward will now weigh up his next move in France
The Togolese striker was told he has no future at White Hart Lane but there were disputes over his contract
Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino told Adebayor this summer that he is not in his first-team plans
Adebayor, who was not handed a squad number by Mauricio Pochettino, had been demanding Spurs pay him the full £5million left on his contract.
The ex-Manchester City and Arsenal forward will now weigh up his next move in France after the stand-off was resolved.
However, Adebayor may need to seek clearance from FIFA to join a new club before the January window because he was registered as a Spurs player after transfer deadline day.
West Ham United and Aston Villa have both shown concrete interest in the striker in recent weeks.
Adebayor posted on Twitter: 'I can confirm that I have reached an agreement with Tottenham Hotspur to terminate my contract.
'I wish to thank the club and the fans for my time there and I wish them well for the forthcoming season.'
Aston Villa manager Tim Sherwood said he would like to bring Emmanuel Adebayor to the club in January
