While inside Vanderbilt Hall at Grand Central Station, Drew looked chic in a b&w pencil skirt, matching pumps, and a black zippered jacket.
It was the same fashion show where 18-year-old Madeline Stuart made her catwalk debut as the second woman with Down syndrome to model on the NYFW catwalk.
Earlier that day, Barrymore posted an affectionate Instagram snap of herself hugging Miss You Already co-star Toni Collette.

Go for an all-white pump like Drew
Drew Barrymore has been one busy lady this week. In New York for the FTL Moda show one-minute and jetting to the Toronto International Film Festival the next. But it looks like she took it all in stride... in these white pumps, that is.
We love the clean, fresh look of a white shoe. They're at once prim and bold because of their eye-catching hue. Drew's feature a beautiful black leather trim encircling her foot. These babies are by Carmen Steffens (notice the telltale CS silver logo on the side) and, although you can't get Drew's exact style, click right to buy a similar, scalloped pair at the designer's website.
If you'd rather have a look around, see below. We've rounded up THE perfect pair of pumps from Gianvito Rossi, a bargain buy at Lulu's and a great middle-of-the-road 'Proto' pump by Steve Madden. These shoes were made for walking!
Congrats! It was the same fashion show where 18-year-old Madeline Stuart made her catwalk debut as the second woman with Down syndrome to model on the NYFW catwalk
