Hotel heiress Nicky Hilton must have received some exciting news during a stroll in New York City on Saturday.

The fashion designer and model was firmly rooted to her cell phone conversation as she strolled the streets of the Big Apple in a floral and fauna printed blouse, denim skinny jeans and royal blue heels.

The 31-year-old beauty looked gorgeous as ever and was clearly animated as she chatted and alternately listened during her phone chat.

The New York socialite looked fabulous with natural makeup and long beachy waves.

While Nicky just launched an exclusive handbag collection for Linea Pelle one has to wonder if the call had anything to do with her recent business venture.

Hilton's Fall 2015 collection is made up of an assortment of styles including clutches, backpacks and genuine leather larger carry-alls.

Blonde ambition: Hilton appeared to be listening intently to the caller while looking cool in a loosely fitted blouse that was tucked into her jeans

The blonde beauty graced the cover of Bella New York magazine recently in their Sept/Oct Fashion issue.

While she normally keeps very private Hilton revealed in the exclusive cover story how she became the successful businesswoman she is today.

'As I got older with my design process, I wanted pieces to be in my wardrobe for years to come,' she said. 'I tried to stick with timeless shapes in classic colors.'

Hilton continued, 'In this collection, we did a lot of black and leopard with interesting shapes named after my favorite hotels. There’s the Waldorf cross-body, the Gallery fast pack, and the Mercer tote, among others.'

However whatever the case may have been it seemed that the New York native is a real problem-solver.

Hilton ended the conversation on a high note and was even seen smiling as she seemed relieved about the troubling situation.

Fresh off her cover shoot for Bella New York magazine where she donned a dainty frock by Valentino, Nicky Hilton was spotted in NYC in another piece by the Italian brand.

This time the newlywed sported a long sleeve pussy bow blouse. Pulled from the Pre-Fall 15 collection, the silk top featured a unique floral print that was created by British textile designer, Celia Birtwell.

Nicky teamed her button down shirt with a pair of cropped jeans and some crystal adorned pumps for a sassy Upper East Side vibe. Wear it with a fitted pencil skirt and nude heels and it becomes the perfect office attire.
