The stunning Dutch model put on a stunning display as she put in an appearance at Givenchy's Spring/Summer '16 showcase during New York Fashion Week.

Lara, 31, stayed true to her impeccably-dressed form and opted for a simple but no less stylish ensemble which comprised a form-fitting little black dress and a cape-like tailored coat.

A pair of classic black sandals lifted her already statuesque frame and she held her head high as she posed pre-catwalk show.

Her make-up and hair echoed a similar theme to her outfit choice with her long blonde locks worn straightened and in a side-parting and a slick of pink lipstick providing a pop of colour to her muted colour palette.

The couple - who agreed to a trial separation in March - were granted a decree nisi by Judge Heather MacGregor at London's Central Family Court in a hearing lasting less than 60 seconds on Thursday morning.

The Britain's Got Talent judge cited Lara's 'unreasonable behaviour' for the 'quickie divorce', with their case being put through alongside 20 other couples. Their five-year union will be now be officially dissolved within six weeks.

Talk of a divorce between the pair first emerged just weeks after they announced they were taking time out of their relationship earlier in the year.

A source told the Daily Mirror at the time that the supermodel - who is the mother of David's two-year-old son Alfred - had no intention of returning to the marital home to try and make their marriage work.

Citing Dutch reports, the paper said: 'Lara has no intention of returning and will sign her divorce papers soon. She has been telling people she is never going back. As far as she is concerned the marriage is finished.'

MailOnline has contacted reps for David and Lara for comment.
