And it seems Karrueche Tran got the memo as she stepped out last night at New York Fashion Week wearing a great skater style by T by Alexander Wang. In tactile neoprene this sporty dress holds its shape and we love the way it kicks out from the waist.

Karrueche looked barely recognisable as she turned up to the catwalk with her gym-honed legs on full display, trailing behind her close friend Christina Milian.

She wore her newly blonde tresses in soft waves which cascaded down past her shoulders. She was also sporting a feathered fringe which framed her delicate facial features.

She kept her outfit simple, teaming a fitted black pleated skater dress with beige, laser-cut sandals which added several inches to her petite 5ft 1 frame.

She accessorised with a cute cat-shaped clutch and a giant gem ring which she wore on her right forefinger. She also held her phone in her hand as she arrived at the event.

She wore smokey bronze eye make-up and polished off her evening look with a deep nude lip gloss.

Christina, 33, looked equally sassy in a short-sleeved black shirt dress which she teamed with lace-up thigh-high boots.
