Last year, Yahoo! Homes reported the Boogie Nights star denied being broke, despite holding an auction for many of his belongings.

He told ET in December 2014: 'I have been dealing with a business dispute for many years as well as a divorce settlement.

'I am simply selling some of my memorabilia that I have enjoyed for so many years but do not have use nor room for them any more.'

According to Gossip Extra, Reynolds and his home's alleged new owner have come to an arrangement whereby the star stays in his home of 35 years 'as long as he pays rent'.

Realtor Douglas J. Rill declined to comment on the sale.
