Shaik-ing things up! Model Shanina causes a stir in plunging jumpsuit as she attends New York fashion soirée with DJ Ruckus

She's one of the world's most sought after models, but professional concerns were set aside as Shanina Shaik stepped out with boyfriend DJ Ruckus on Tuesday evening. 

The Australian star looked typically stunning in a bold patterned jumpsuit as she walked alongside Ruckus during a romantic night out in New York City. 

With a plunging front that exposed her cleavage, the striking outfit ensured she was not overlooked ahead of their appearance at the Up & Down nightclub, where they attended the Galore Magazine Homecoming party.

Kick-flare hems gave her jumpsuit a stylish twist by embracing the current trend for returning seventies themes, while its distinctive circular pattern proved to be another head-turner as she made her way inside. 

Shanina, 24, kept her brunette locks loose and natural, while her olive features were accentuated with the use of dusky eye-shadow.  

Hand in hand with her boyfriend, the Melbourne born star appeared to be smitten as they laughed and joked while idling on the side-walk.

New York Fashion Week is in full swing and here at Fashion Finder we love ogling what the celeb set are wearing off the catwalks as much as the new season looks on the catwalks.

One event which attracted a while lot of stylish people was the Galore Magazine Homecoming party, with the Kardashian-Jenner clan, Michelle Rodriguez and Cara Santana all turning it up a notch in the fashion stakes.

And while the competition was fierce, there were a few stand out looks of the evening, including that of Shanina Shaik who donned a plunging spotty jumpsuit by Cushnie et Ochs for the occasion.

Jumpsuits have gone from being a seasonal trend piece to a perennial staple, which exist in every guise from workwear tailored all-in-ones to party perfect versions which are fast replacing the LBD as the fahsionista’s go-to for cocktail hour.

Ruckus looked dapper in a smart blue blazer, but offered his look a casual flourish by teaming it with skinny jeans and trainers. 

The pair, currently in New York for the city's bi-annual Fashion Week, were midway through a busy night having previously attended  the #WmagModelSearch Party. 

The Victoria’s Secret star - whose mother is of Lithuanian and Australian heritage and father of Pakistani and Saudi Arabian descent –recently spoke to Daily Mail Australia about her boyfriend, saying: ‘I have actually been a fan of his talent for a while now, before we even started dating.

‘We met through mutual friends last year, we were acquaintances. We've been dating for just over four months. He is very good at his job. 

'He has been D-Jing since he was 17. He produces tracks as well, so he is very talented,’ she cooed. 

Her latest relationship comes after she dated fellow model Tyson Beckford on-and-off for six years.
