Hey big spender! Ed Sheeran is said to have splashed out on £9million factory conversion in North London
‘Ed had to pay big money for the house but it'll be worth it,’ a source told the publication. ‘He will be neighbours with some real high movers in business, sport and celebrity, which just shows how far he's come.’
The insider added: ‘The house will be the ultimate party pad but also a place of work.’
The four-bedroom property, a factory conversion, reportedly boasts a music studio and a large wine cellar for more than 1,000 bottles.
MailOnline has contacted a representative for the star to comment.

Last year, Ed confessed that he was virtually homeless while travelling from gig to gig after graduating from music college in 2007.
‘There was an arch outside Buckingham Palace that has a heating duct and I spent a couple of nights there,' he said.
‘That’s where I wrote the song Homeless and the lines “It’s not a homeless night for me, I’m just home less than I’d like to be.” ’
Times have changed: Before he became famous, the singer revealed he was homeless for two-and-a-half years where he slept rough on London Underground Tubes and outside Buckingham Palace
The singer then spent the next two and a half years sleeping on London Underground trains or ‘sofa surfing’ in friends’ homes.
‘I didn’t have anywhere to live for much of 2008 and the whole of 2009 and 2010, but somehow I made it work,' he explained.
‘I knew where I could get a bed at a certain time of night and I knew who I could call at any time to get a floor to sleep on. Being sociable helped. Drinking helped.’
