But proving that she can also nail the off duty look, Rihanna held onto her fashionista title as she touched down in LAX on Monday.

Sporting a casual ensemble, the stylish 27-year-old proved she was ahead of the game as she journeyed through the terminal.

Working the comfy flight look, Rihanna donned a black Trapstar London jumper, Puma joggers with a pair of black fluffy sliders and socks.

Holding her oversized green bomber jacket in her hand, the Run This Town singer clutched onto her designer bag and a bottle of water.

With her amber hair slicked up into a no-fuss bun, the Barbados born beauty made sure she stood out by accentuating her appearance with a sultry slick of matte eggplant lipstick.

As she passed the flashing lights, Rihanna raised a smile for photographers as she received a warm welcome to Los Angeles.

A gold name chain and several earrings completed the accessorises for the chart-topper's outfit.

Meanwhile Rihanna has been expanding her interests outside of singing, teaming up with Puma to create a brand new pair of sneakers dubbed The Creeper.

The sporty black-and-white platform sneakers retail for $120, and were snapped up within hours after it was made available for pre-sale online on Monday.
