Ronda said that after training, she 'literally double-fist[s]' food, like a wrap and a salad, at her favorite restaurant, but it's hard to actually chow down because she'll be approached by fans several times over the course of a meal.

But while friends and family who are out eating with her might lose their patience with the constant interruptions, Ronda is graceful about it.

She admitted that she's actually happy to talk to people —- except when it means that her wrap falls apart because she has to pick it up and put it down too many times.
