Forget extra leg room, this star needs an upgrade just to ensure her lips do not need to be counted towards her carry-on.

While Kylie Jenner has become the one known for her hard-to-miss lips, big sister Khloe Kardashian was given her a run for her money as she flew out of Los Angeles, California, on Sunday.

The 31-year-old star made flying a very glamorous and very pouty affair as she prepared to head to New York.

While her arrival at LAX was a stylish one, it was the reality star's lips which stole the show.

For her flight, Khloe was made up as if heading out on the town with her makeup giving her a perfectly golden complexion.

As part of her look, the star drew attention to her fuller pout by wearing a pink nude lipstick with layers of a glossy top coat, so they sparkled and shined in the sunlight which was provided by a glorious Los Angeles day.

While the city may be in a heatwave, Khloe was not letting the stop her from wearing a layered look for her flight.

The 31-year-old old certainly left the usual flight attire of comfy pants and easy to get on and off shoes behind in favour of something far more glamorous.

The star strutted her way into arrivals in a pair statement making thigh-high suede heeled boots with a patent leather design up them.

While the boots would have been rather testing in the hot temperatures alone, Khloe was not done there, as she wore the fancy footwear with a pair of tight shinny leggings, a form fitting tank and a long silk trench coat.

The reality star - whose golden locks were left out and straightened - accessorized her look with a tan Givenchy Antigona handbag and a pair of big oversized shades.

Also flying out of Los Angeles was her big sister Kourtney, who also brought along her son Reign.

Reign was also a little rocker in a denim jacket with its collar popped, black tracksuit pants and leopard print high tops.

It is believed the trio are on their way to New York to meet up with the rest of the Keeping Up With The Kardashian clan who have been in town for New York Fashion Week.
