Justin Bieber works up an appetite as he shows off his board skills at Berlin skate park before heading out for a low-key dinner

He may be famous for his musical abilities but it seems Justin Bieber has a talent for skateboarding too, as the pop star demonstrated his shredding abilities in Berlin on Monday.

Hitting a skate park in the city's famous Kreuzberg area, the 21-year-old pop superstar showcased his shredding abilities in the park's bowl before heading for a low-key dinner at a Japanese eatery.

The Boyfriend hit-maker looked at ease and at home on his battered skateboard as he gave the bowl a good thrashing during some pre-gig downtime.

Currently on tour promoting his latest single, What Do You Mean, the Canadian chart-topper embraced a rare spot of free time and indulged his passion for the extreme sport.

Sporting a baggy black hoodie and a pair of heavily distress cut-off jogging bottoms, under which he wore white three-quarter-length leggings, he certainly looked the picture of a skate park supremo.

Rounding off his outfit with a black baseball cap and white Vans skate shoes, Justin paid homage to the skater's bible, Thrasher, by having the magazine's emblem on his deck's grip-tape.

Following his adrenaline-fueled japes at the skate park Justin had clearly built up an appetite, and following a quick outfit and board change, the singer hit Berlin's Kuchi restaurant for some Asian cuisine.

Whilst he refused to arrive at the dinner table without one of his trusty decks, the reformed A-List hell-raiser did change into a more suitable ensemble for dining.

Switching his hoodie for a black T-shirt worn over a long-sleeved white T, the singer rounded his evening attire off wit a pair of black chinos and a maroon pair of Vans slip-ons.

Justin is currently busy promoting his latest single, What Do You Mean.

And it seems that the signer is determined to shake-off his squeaky-clean image for good, as the the former tween star embraces a much more adult side in the single's video.

Dealing with a more mature theme to the tale of love and loss, the music video see Justin appearing shirtless as he climbs on top of model Xenia Deli for a steamy romp.

The pair meet in a hotel room, roll around in bed and then make a run from it in the video to Bieber's comeback single, which has become his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 hit.
